Our culture is characterized by openness and a common goal: to develop the best solutions for the challenges of the future. Even after work, we value a strong sense of togetherness: whether at dragon boat races, B2Run runs or at our legendary summer and Christmas parties - we celebrate successes together. These events strengthen our team spirit and make working for us even more valuable.

Anna Le, Human Resources
I have been part of the VWIF dragon boat "WaveMaker" since 2023. As someone who usually prefers individual sports, I was thrilled by the dynamism and team spirit. In the first year, we took first place in two regattas - an incredible success for the team, especially after the long pandemic break. The joy and pride were indescribable. The WaveMakers are not just a sports group, but a place where colleagues from all over the company come together. Overcoming challenges together - that's not only empowering in sport, but also in everyday working life

Olaf Männing, Projektmanagement
When my team leader mentioned the possibility of mobile working abroad, I knew immediately that we would take advantage of this opportunity as a family. Our destination: Sweden! I spent two weeks working in the middle of nature, in a friend's vacation home. The working day looked like this: Making muesli in the morning with berries picked from the garden, then relaxing at the laptop and enjoying the peace and quiet. After work, it was off to the lake - swimming, stand-up paddling or simply exploring nature. The flexibility of being able to organize my workplace in this way is a huge benefit. Applying for it was child's play - and the trust my team has that the work will get done is priceless for me.
