The Transformation Board: What Does It Do?

The Transformation Board: What Does It Do?

Several weeks ago, we presented our organizational model, Product House Digital. But where was it created? The answer: in the Transformation Board. The what now?

The Transformation Board is one of Volkswagen Infotainment’s committees. It was created as a companion. Olaf Goebbels, ab agile coach and the Transformation Board’s founder, puts it like this: ‘The Transformation Board’s task is to guide and support Volkswagen Infotainment GmbH in its development to a learning organization. Product House Digital as a flexible, non-hierarchical organizational model is a prime example of such a transformation.’

Who is part of the board? To address as many as possible, the Transformation Board consists of members who are representative for Volkswagen Infotainment’s various stakeholders: Apart from our managing directors, the board is populated by representatives from our competence pools (Guilds), the product teams (Solutions), the service branches (Enablers), Quality Management and the Works Council. These colleagues are accompanied by two agile experts as coaches and one communication specialist. Many different backgrounds and skills, one mission!

Better connected.
