Who is Quality Management System?
Quality Management System manages topics which serve maintenance as well as the continuous improvement of our quality management system. This contributes significantly to safeguarding our ISO 9001-certification. The team plans and conducts internal audits or accompanies the external auditors during the audits of our organization. In the internal audits, they try to uncover improvement potentials within existing processes, together with employees. The general improvement of processes is also a goal in our involvement in process management. Here, for instance, the team supports the modeling of processes using special software.
The collection of customer feedback (CARIAD and Volkswagen Group) through the annual customer satisfaction survey is also one of the tasks. There, the customer’s voice is heard regarding our performance, making further improvement potential apparent. Risk management is also a major area: A preventive approach and early support in risk identification as well as in risk treatment help to prevent problems from arising in the first place.
